I need your opinion. I'm going to be a bridesmaid and was wondering what type of hairstyle I should wear for that occasion. I want to leave it down and curls won't do because frankly, I suck at making them. Tumblr won't let me send you a link so can you please go to David's Bridal, and click on long bridesmaid dresses? It's the first one on the 2nd page. I'll be wearing the navy blue one. As for accessories, I was thinking of a simple silver chain, bracelet and earring. Thanks for your help! :]

I looked at your dress- first of all- CUTE. Not bad for a bridesmaid dress! No “27 dresses” throwback! :)

The good thing about your dress is that you can wear your hair up or down. But since you want to wear it down, but don’t want to curl it, I’d wear it half up, half down.

I’d back comb the crown and make it into a cute little “poof” and maybe use some cute bobby pins (they have diamond ones at Sally’s) to pin it half up. You just don’t want to be as dressy as the bride’s hair. So this is a happy medium. Dressy, but not over done.

The jewelry choices sound perfect. Just stick with studs though for the earrings, and nothing too chunky for the necklace or bracelet. Think simple and delicate.
